New Student Application / Registration Fee

A non-refundable Application/Registration Fee for new students in the amount of Eighty-Five Dollars ($85.00) must be submitted along with a completed Student Application form and signed Parental Support Agreement. This fee is primarily used to defray the expenses of several diagnostic tests, the cost of producing registration and enrollment materials, and the costs incurred to set up a student’s permanent record file.

Membership Fees

Each year Faith Christian Academy renews its membership in the Mississippi Association of Christian Schools (MACS) and the American Association of Christian Schools. The combined dues for both organizations is Ten Dollars and Fifty-cents ($10.50). These dues are paid on a per-student basis.

Annual Curriculum and Materials Reimbursement Fees

Parents provide the student’s learning materials. The majority of these funds purchase consumable workbooks called PACE, published by Accelerated Christian Education, and are ordered by the school ministry. Other supplies include: pencils, paper, erasers, scissors, toiletries, etc. A total amount of Two Hundred and Forty Dollars ($240.00) is required per student per year. This reimbursement fee may be paid in one of three ways.

1. Annual Support Plan: One support amount of $240.00, in full, is due prior to August 1st of the school year.
2. Semi-Annual Support Plan: Two payments of $120.00 each. The first half year support is due not less than two weeks prior to the start of the first academic semester. The second half year support is due not less than two weeks prior to the start of the second academic semester.
3. Quarterly Support Plan: Four payments of $60.00 each. The first support amount is due two weeks before the start of the first academic quarter. The second support amount is due two weeks before the start of the second academic quarter. The third support amount is due two weeks before the start of the third academic quarter. The final support amount is due two weeks before the start of the fourth academic quarter.

NOTE: Faith Christian Academy will not order or purchase materials for students whose parents have not supplied the required Curriculum and Materials Fees and are not current in their promised monthly support. Students who have no materials in which to work, will not be permitted to attend school until fees are paid and ordered materials have been received.
