God made each of us as individuals. Each person has their own strengths and weaknesses - talents and limitations. Just as clothing is fitted for the individual's physical size and not chronological age, so each student must be prescribed a level of curriculum fitted to his or her mental ability and not age.

At Faith Christian Academy, each student is diagnostically tested to determine his or her academic level and is prescribed a level of curriculum at which learning may start. The pupil may need sixth grade math and seventh grade English. Any "learning gaps" resulting from previous educational difficulty are first "plugged" before the student proceeds with new subject material on their performance level.

Using the internationally recognized and proven curriculum produced by Accelerated Christian Education (ACE), Faith Christian Academy provides quality materials. Sixty character-building traits are integrated into the curriculum; not just "tacked on." These life values are based upon the character of the Lord Jesus Christ, as revealed in the Old and New Testaments.

Using a system of controlled-motivated learning, student's learn to set daily goals in both academic and life skills. Each student has his or her own academic "office" in which to study without distraction. When a student needs help, the teacher is "on-call" to provide personal - one on one - assistance. There are no embarrassing questions. Student instruction is customized to meet the individual's needs.

By the careful use of controls and motivational tools, students are daily encouraged to work towards their personal best. They learn to set daily academic goals and to accomplish those goals. This is a major management success principle, which carries on in life.
